I am a Senior Software Engineer with a B Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIIT Delhi with expertise in ReactJs, Angular 8 , Nextjs , javascript , HTML,CSS, Web performance and UI development. Currently, I am exploring advanced features of RSC and Nextjs(App Router) to further enhance my abilities. I am a lifelong learner and always open to new opportunities for growth and development. - Improved the INP core web vitals for college and courses listing pages (~400k pages) from 500-600ms to good range (under-200ms).
- Integrated Partytown to off-load analytics call from main thread to worker thread, improving INP by about 40-80ms.
- Developed and maintained an in-house reusable and scalable Reactjs Component Library to enhance user experience.
- Designed and developed a lightweight Carousel component with a gzipped size of 2.1kb to meet performance requirements.
- Improved the pagespeed score of Category listing pages from 58 to 85-89 (Mobile) which helped provide better user experience.
- Extracted critical rendering CSS for Institute Pages to further enhance site performance and reduced style and layout calculation time by approx 50%.
- Reduced layout calculation time by approx 30-40% and rendering time by 20-35% on initial render using content-visibility.
- Delivered Learn Sharing session to the listing team on Event Loop and How browser renders the page, and published a blog on internal confluence.
- Creating the UI for the high-traffic category listing pages from scratch, which receives about 16 million visitors per month.
- Developing highly reusable and scalable React components to enhance user experience.
